SAFE-D 2020 Annual Conference

The SAFE-D ANNUAL CONFERENCE heads back to the Moody Gardens Convention Center in Galveston February 20-22, 2020! Online registration is closed.

Register on-site beginning at 1 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 20, at the SAFE-D Registration Counter in the Moody Gardens Convention Center.

The V.G. Young Institute of County Government, part of the Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service, will serve as the event's Educational Sponsor for purposes of Continuing Education and has certified this training for up to 12 hours of ESD Commissioner Continuing Education.

Time

Tentative schedule:

Pre-conference workshop: 2:00 PM, Thursday February 20th.

Meet-and-Greet: 6:00 PM, Thursday February 20th.

Conference Sessions: 8-4:30 PM, Friday February 21st.

Conference Sessions: 8-Noon PM, Saturday February 22nd.

Adjourn: Noon, Saturday February 22nd.

Pricing

Cost is only $295 for an ESD Commissioner or service provider associated with a SAFE-D member district and $455 for nonmember ESD Commissioner/service provider. 

Single day registration for Friday the 21st or Saturday the 22nd are also individually available. Commercial representatives may register for the Conference for $955. 

NOTE: MEALS MAY BE SOLD OUT.

FULL registration includes Preconference Workshop, and 1 ticket each to Thursday's Meet & Greet and Friday's Conference Luncheon.

SAFE-D Refund Policy:  NO REFUNDS.
