“Projecting Sales Tax in Your '22 Budget” – The pandemic lockdown turned every home
into a retail store, and many ESDs saw healthy increases in sales tax revenues as
consumers shopped online. Richard Fletcher of HdL Companies shares his forecasting experience to help ESDs know what to expect now that the state is opening up again.

Cost is only $40/representative of SAFE-D member ESD; $75/nonmember. Texas A&M's V.G. Young Institute of County Government has certified this training for one hour of ESD Commissioner Training Credit.
